Integration

Methodology – SSIs methodology for integrating with 3rd party providers is continuously improved and in step with the technology curve.  Our methods have proven to be dynamic and efficient in ensuring data flows seamlessly between systems.

Development – Our development team are experts in 3rd party APIs and integration processes.  SSI has developed real-time integrations with all of the primary property management platform providers and have the ability to integrate with nearly all systems used in the industry. Through these integrations we are able to receive or send all of the relevant information such as resident / tenant updates, occupancy updates, utility charges, invoice images, etc.  If a software system is open for outside integration, we are capable of integrating with it.

Partnerships – SSI has on-going partnership arrangements with all major property management software vendors and are actively participating in each vendor’s system release programs.
